These terms govern mobile headlight restoration services provided by Lux Lenses Headlight Restoration ("Lux Lenses Restoration", "we", "us") to you ("the customer"). By booking a service, you agree to these terms.

Services

We restore plastic headlight lenses at your location. The exact scope of work (sanding, polishing, sealant or UV-cured clear coat) depends on the package you select and is confirmed before work begins. We service vehicles located within our service area: Yolo County, Solano County and the Bay Area, California.

Appointments

Appointments are scheduled by phone, text or email. Please provide access to the vehicle and a reasonable parking space at the agreed time. If you need to reschedule, let us know as early as possible and we will find a new time.

Payment

Payment is due at the completion of service. Prices are confirmed before work begins; there are no hidden fees. Fleet and multi-vehicle jobs are quoted individually.

Results and limitations

Restoration significantly improves lens clarity and light output, but results depend on the condition of the lens. Severely damaged, cracked or delaminated lenses may not achieve a like-new finish; we will tell you before starting if a lens is beyond restoration. Restoration improves the lens, not the bulb, wiring or aim of the headlights.

Warranty

Packages that include a UV-cured clear coat carry a warranty against yellowing, fading or oxidation of the treated lenses for the period stated in your service confirmation. The warranty does not cover damage from accidents, abrasion, harsh chemicals, off-road use, or vehicle body work performed after service. Contact us if a covered issue appears and we will make it right.

Liability

We take reasonable care while working on your vehicle. Our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to the vehicle or for issues unrelated to the treated lenses.
